Refund policy

At La Vita Blooms, your confidence in every purchase is important to us. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.  If products were priced at a substantial exclusive discount and marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for a refund.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please note that shoe boxes must be returned undamaged as they are part of the overall product presentation.


Exceptions

Swimwear and Lingerie

Panties and swimwear bottoms are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.

Jewelry

Earrings are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.


Inspection of Your Products upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide photos.  This allows us to make the assessment quickly and resolve the issue for you immediately.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@latvitablooms.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, detailed instructions, and direct you to the nearest return centre. Returns shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Keep your tracking number for reference.

We encourage you to take photos or video of the item and packaging before shipping back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, and if approved, a refund will be made according to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.  The processing times vary by financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or an error occurred on our part.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable custom charges that may apply on returning items. They must be paid for before we make a refund on the returned item. We recommend selecting the option for the sender to pay for all custom charges, as this will expedite the process.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the best method is to return your original product and then place a new order for the item you prefer.
